2. Account Registration & Security
To create an account on ba 98, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ba 98 reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with false or incorrect information. Each user is permitted only one account; any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited. You are fully accountable for all activity carried out through your account, including any unauthorized access by third parties. If you suspect any unusual activity on your account, notify the ba 98 support team immediately. In the event of suspicious activity, ba 98 may temporarily suspend the account in the interest of security.
As part of account verification (KYC), ba 98 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Certain services may be restricted until the verification process is complete.
3. User Responsibilities

4. Platform Usage Rules

5. Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the ba 98 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and approved banking channels. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though verification may occasionally cause a short delay. Withdrawals require your account to be fully verified and all applicable wagering requirements to be met.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification, which can extend processing times. Funds in your account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. If a bet remains unsettled due to a technical error, system downtime, or unforeseen circumstances, ba 98 will resolve the matter at its own discretion. In the event of force majeure — including natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or legal restrictions — ba 98 shall not be obligated to provide any compensation for service interruptions or limitations. ba 98's liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account will be limited, unless the breach was caused by a failure of ba 98's own security systems.

7. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Ba 98 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: violation of Terms and Conditions, provision of false information, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Users will be notified of any account suspension via email or platform notification. Deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable during the suspension period; however, if the user is found to be in the clear following an investigation, the account may be reinstated.
If fraud or account manipulation is established, all account balances will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. The same action will be taken if multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or collaborative cheating are detected. ba 98 may share relevant information with law enforcement authorities when required.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any verified balance remaining in the account will be refunded subject to applicable terms and conditions.
